Sh2-132

3000x2000

This faint nebula is in the Milky Way, in Cepheus, 5° east of the more famous IC1396. Composed of a brighter central region and a fainter halo, very difficult to image because of lots of stars that reduce the visibility. A big arc is at the west side, and within this arc some dark nebulas are present, catalogued as Barnard 369.
