The Double Cluster in Perseus is one of
the nicest object visible in a binocular, expecially from dark skys, where
the stars resemble diamonds on a dark background. The east cluster is catalogued
as NGC 884, while the ovest cluster NGc 869. On the left border of the
image is present the open cluster NGC 957. All those clusters are immersed
in the stellar field of the Milky Way, rich in stars.
