Lagoon and Trifid

This image show the wonderful star region in which lie Lagoon nebula (M8 at bottom) and Trifid (M20 at top). In the last see the dark nebulas that split the nebula in three pieces, giving the name, and the blu nebula. A little at south-est of M8 there is the globular cluster NGC6544. Between M8 and M20 there are two faint emission nebulas: NGC6526 and Sh2-26. A little at north-est of M20 there is the poor open cluster M21.
