Veil Nebula

The Veil Nebula in Cygnus is one of the dimmest objects: so it is necessary very dark skyes, like those we can admire from 2600m. It's a remain of supernovae, matter that once formed a big star that then exploded. The nebula was catalogued in the New General Catalogue in three portions: from left to right NGC 6992, NGC 6979 and NGC 6960.
